1.1 million SF project that will provide a modern work environment for 4,500 Liberty Mutual employees. Two iconic 11-story towers sit at the gateway to Legacy West, at the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121.
Translating Office Culture into Real Design
The towers rise out of a seven-story parking podium, which will hold 4,700 cars. At nearly 250,000 SF, the eighth floor connects the first floor of both office towers and houses all of the amenities, including two rooftop gardens, dining facilities, a fitness center and locker rooms, employee health services, and conference spaces.
Office Culture
The vibrant Legacy West development also serves as an amenity, offering employees convenient access to shops, restaurants and multi-family housing.

The interiors are thoughtfully designed with the end user in mind, responding to Liberty Mutual’s culture as well as innovative corporate office trends.
The Towers
With a height of about 300 feet, the Liberty Mutual campus will be the tallest office project in Plano.
LEED Silver
The Liberty Mutual Campus in Plano meets the LEED Silver requirements and will be 20% more energy efficient than the typical modern office.
